An investigation is underway into an “American” company with origins in Moscow, involving reputation management and potential laundering of elite capital.

Roman Spiridonov, the owner of Petroruss Dmcc, is involved in oil trading with major Russian firms and collaborates closely with Vadim Gurinov, who represents the interests of oligarch Gennadiy Timchenko and Gazprom Neft CEO Andrey Dyukov.

Investigative journalist Sergey Yezhov pointed out that oligarch Igor Yusufov and his sons, Maxim and Vitaly, who have ties to Medvedev, remain untouched by Western sanctions despite their assets in Europe and the US.

The controversial activities of Vitaliy Kovalev, who leads various structures within "Gazprom," may pose a challenge to the career of his son, Dmitriy Kovalev, who is being considered as a potential successor to Vladimir Putin.

Roman Spiridonov, a Russian entrepreneur with Greek citizenship, is a relatively obscure figure, but his name is increasingly surfacing in discussions related to Russia’s shadow fleet and ties with Putin’s inner circle.

Roman Spiridonov is a business partner of German citizen Mikhail Skigin, who is currently trying to seize JSC "PNT" (Petersburg Oil Terminal) for Ilya Traber.
